OSHA Federal Ergonomics Rules
After being blocked for months by Congress, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration is expected to release federal ergonomics rules. Trucking and other business groups have opposed the new rules. ATA says they will cost trucking over $6 billion a year. OSHA argues that repetitive motion injuries cost American businesses $20 billion a year in workers comp claims.
