Webasto has also introduced the Air Top 3500, an auxiliary and supplemental air heater that offers low noise levels and minimal power consumption. Designed to keep larger sleepers and cabs warm, unit controls interior temperature evenly with an integrated thermostat and variable heat output from 5,100 to 12,000 Btu/hr.
A new diagnostic system allows maintenance personnel easier and expanded access to the heater’s operations and performance history. Using Webasto software and a PC, users can perform component testing, access the diagnostic history and monitor temperature, voltage and heat output.
