The Ruler, a measurement tool for detecting abnormal operating conditions in oil by monitoring anti-oxidant levels, has been enhanced with additional test and data storage capabilities to offer better preventive maintenance. Also, the tool’s parent company has formed a global team that eliminated its distributorships, making the tool available directly to customers.
