Finalist

Marshall Cymbaluk
President/General Manager
Kenworth Northwest Inc.
SeaTac, Wash.
Kenworth, International

"We enjoy a loyal customer base where we do deals wtih a handshake and a gentlemen's agreement."

Cymbaluk started his trucking career as an apprentice mechanic in Alberta, Canada, in 1958. He soon went to work for International Harvester, where he worked first as a mechanic and welder, then as a service manager, for 10 years.
Four years later, after working as service manager at an International dealer in Salem, Ore., he bought a small International dealership in Everett, Wash. He was able to not only turn that business around but expand, without a year in the red in 26 years as a dealer principal.
Today, the company owns nine locations selling International and Kenworth trucks. The dealership has been honored numerous times by Kenworth, International and Caterpillar, including Kenworth Dealer of the Year in 2000.
"The purpose of our dealership is to take care of our customers' total transportation needs better than the competition, and make a reasonable profit, doing so with honesty, integrity, and quality service."
