Transflo Express
      Pilot Travel Centers, LLC, and Pegasus TransTech announced that Transflow Express document scanning services are offered at the fuel desks of Pilot's travel centers.
      Trained cashiers scan a driver's trip documents in a matter of seconds and hand the original documents to the driver, along with a confirmation receipt. The images are immediately available to the fleet operators for retrieval, billing and drivers' settlements.

Service Bay Computer
      NEXIQ Technologies has rolled out two new maintenance products, an all-in-one service bay diagnostic suite and a handheld diagnostic tool for trailer brakes.
      The PC Integrated Diagnostics suite comprises a desktop PC mounted in a protective metal cabinet and integration for software products from leading heavy duty component manufacturers.
      NEXIQ also introduced Brake-Link, an anti-lock braking system scan tool that simplifies brake troubleshooting.

Satellite Radio
      Sirius Satellite Radio service rolled out in four cities and by May 15 will be available in 28 states.
      In March, Sirius announced it was accelerating its rollout. It will offer nationwide service by Aug. 1.
      For a monthly fee of $12.95, Sirius delivers 60 original channels of commercial-free music, and 40 sports, news and entertainment channels, including one devoted to trucking.

Tracking Software
      Nexterna, Inc. has introduced version 4.0 of OptiTrac wireless location tracking software.
      Among other enhancements, version 4.0 enables customers to define events that generate alerts.

PeopleNet Enhanced
      All PeopleNet g2x systems will be upgraded using OTAP; the company's patent-pending over-the-air programming technology that upgrades customers' systems without the need for customers to take power units off the road.
      PACOS, the company's fully automated, exception-based load and driver management system is now available with the first phase launch of IMessaging and Start/Stop event-based reporting.

Operations Solution
      TransCore has introduced Keypoint for Carriers that helps manage daily business functions, including load matching, dispatch, driver and equipment tracking, accounts receivable and accounts payable, while providing access to TransCore's DAT Services load and truck network.

CabCard Services
      Comdata has rolled out CabCard, a pre-paid service providing driver email, long distance phone services and voice mail which enables drivers to send messages over Qualcomm's OmniTRACS, TruckMail or OmniExpress mobile communications systems.

TruckMate Integrates
      TruckMate software from Maddocks Systems Inc. will integrate with the Global Wave satellite communications system from NSI Global's Vistar Datacom subsidiary. The integration will allow truck fleets to be remotely monitored, managed, and controlled.

TripPak Online
      McLeod Software, Birmingham, Ala., has announced an interface agreement with TMI, Brentwood, Tenn., the parent company of TripPak Express and TripPak Online document management services.
      The agreement will enable TripPak Online Enterprise Solution customers to interface directly with McLeod's LoadMaster dispatch and accounting fleet management software. McLeod customers who use McLeod's LoadMaster Document Imaging and WorkFlow products can now use the TripPak Scanning overnight image capture service.
