TripPak is the larger of the two competitors with customers that include major carriers like Schneider National, J.B.Hunt, Swift Transportation and Werner Enterprises. TripPak is part of Affiliated Computer Services Inc. of Dallas, Texas., known as ACS.
TripPak is actually shorthand for a collection of brand-name services that include:
TripPak ONLINE — an adaptable scanning solution for truckload carriers.
TripPak EXPRESS — overnight delivery of delivery documents from familiar yellow drop boxes at more than 1,200 truckstops.
TripPak SCANNING — third-party document handling service based in Wilmington, Ohio.
TripPak EXPRESS and TripPak SCANNING can be elements of a TripPak ONLINE solution.
Pegasus-Transtech is a privately held corporation based in Tampa, Fla., that provides Transflo, a customized document management solutions that can include remote scanning, including truckstop scanning that the company pioneered in 2002.
